Independence Blue Cross was looking to completely reinvent their brand in the Philly area. They knew people generally didn’t trust health insurance companies and needed a new platform that could rally their employees and give members an idea of how they were different from other health insurers. Inspired by member testimonials that showed IBX employees actively going out of their way for members, we created this new campaign and platform.
